Let's face it, if you aren’t a UX specialist it’s truly difficult to know exactly what you need to change within your product that aligns with your business goals, user’s needs, and reduce technical debt.
Making unfiltered changes based on raw user feedback can cost, talk with a clinical UI designer to help you make the right decisions!
Our clinical UI specialists have a POV and a passion to help. We have providers/doctors and short-term/long-term patients in-house that understand the challenges that your users face daily. Also, because our in-house team is from all over the world we share the same mind that diversity and story sharing is the key to great technology.
Whether you have an in-house designer or non-at all - WE BRING VALUE TO THE TOPIC AROUND DIGITAL HEALTH!
Technology is moving at the speed of light, and we don’t want that to change! But what we have noticed is that UI comes into the picture way too late. Most times UI designers are brought in to save the product, which is more costly, instead of making enhancements that are far less costly.
We are here to help you think about your product’s growth and make fast smart improvements!
Waiting for Funding
Lacking an Experienced Designer
Need Minor UI Challenges Resolved
1. How do I save money?
Let's face it - UI/UX design and focusing on the "customer experience" are in high demand nowadays. High demand = high prices for qualified experts. With UI Collab, you'll save money because there are no recruiter fees or other hidden costs. Also, tackling small pain points and/or user issues, keeps the cost low while you wait for the funding you need.
2. What are my options?
If we work together to improve your UI, and you realize that you need more help - we're here for you! The first 45 min session is free! If you decide that you only need help just this once, that's fine as well. We have a long-term partnership with a subscription program for 1x, 2x, and/or 4X per month - Cancel whenever you like.
You can process your sessions in bundles of 3 & 6 and use them as needed, or you can purchase them one session at a time.
3. How long does it take to get started?
With most recruiting agencies and other design services, onboarding can be a daunting process - especially if you just need a few adjustments to be made to your application. With UI Collab, onboarding is a 10-15 minute process that takes you from payment to collaboration in a jiffy.
4. How do I get support?
Not only will you be able to work live one-on-one with a UI/UX designer, you'll also get free access to our LinkedIn community of like-minded professionals from other startups and corporations.
5. How do I protect my product ideas?
Before we start working on your project, we'll sign an NDA to make sure that all of your personal information, product ideas, and other details will stay protected.

"Dear Dream in Color Team!
Just wanted to send a quick note to let you all know that we had a very successful event in NYC this afternoon. I did a demo on the database and it was a big hit!!! We also told all the participants to check out the web feature as well.
Just wanted to share the good news with you all and also wanted to THANK YOU all so much for all your hard work!"
"We gave Amy the difficult task of working through our legacy UI and UX then challenged her to come up with something new. Working with Amy through this process was a real pleasure and I would go as far as to say fun!
The quality and speed of work which Amy produced was mind-blowing and I would have no hesitation in recommending Amy to you to take on any type of UX and design work. She certainly did an amazing job with our high-end video encoding design, but she also showed us a huge divergent range of other project types that she had worked on."
"Hi Elyes,
Hope all is well. I wanted to let you know that we've finished our engagement with Amy. She has done a great job for us and helped set a very strong direction for our project. I've been very impressed by her UI/UX abilities, but even moreso I was impressed by her ability to help us learn about what we really needed in a project like this."
Please let me know what's required to close this project off.
"I really liked your thoughtfulness and your ability to push back and make good cases for your work. Appreciate everything you were put through, great helping us out."
"Working with Chris and Amy was an amazing experience. They used a proven process, prioritized tasks according to impact and business value, and delivered valuable assets to us at each milestone."
"Displaying complex data requires an understanding of simplicity but not reductionsim. Dream in Color makes data complexity a simple reality."
“Hi Amy!
Joe and I wanted to send you a note to thank you for your work on the Hypertension R01 Grant for Henry Ford Hospitals.
You really nailed the key usability elements required and the work provides a crystal clear vision of what well designed technology can do.
While we are still a way off from knowing if/when that project will start, I wanted to give you a special shout out for your effort from the both of us.
Looking forward to kicking off the automated measures project soon... ;-)"
"I just wanted to let you know how much our team has enjoyed working with Amy. She’s done amazing work in a short time period, with a challenging/complex product and team (lots of opinions and fast paced).
I’d love to keep the door open to working with Amy again as everyone on the team would enthusiastically rehire!"
"We've agreed with Amy to pause our UX project whilst we get developers engaged to build out the designs we've been working on these past few months, effective at the end of today.
Can you make the arrangements at the Toptal end for this to take effect please. Also, I'd like to say two thank yous. Firstly to toptal ... the candidates put forward were indeed top talent
and mostly to Amy ... It has truly been a pleasure working with Amy: who was able to understand our complex application quickly and recognise the balance between evolution and revolution for our tens of thousands of users. Amy provided a different perspective on the CatDV UX, made us think about our users and what they are trying to do, in a way that we wouldn't have considered on our own. The deliverables have been spot on, and leave us in a great spot for development. We look forward to re-engaging for feedback when the development is underway."
"Amy has been wonderful to work with and has produced great results!"
"Working closely with Amy and Chris, the CEO and CTO of Dream In Color was an incredible experience as they went to great lengths to meet our needs and expectations."
